FacilitySource’s new fmPilot mobile app gives facilities managers the ability to request repair services using their iPhone or iPad.

Download the fmPilot app today and gain access to additional app features, including:
- Request Repair services online
- The ability to take photos of the requested repair

FacilitySource’s fmPilot app simplifies the request repair process and satisfies new requirements for mobile access to request repair services. Available now!

(Please note: This app is intended for usage by facility managers of FacilitySource clients. They must have a proper username and password to log-in into the application.)

Nouveautés (v3.5.8)

1. Item counts on menu items for Pending Quote Approval and Pending Invoice Approval are updated as quotes and invoices are approved or rejected from the mobile app.
2. For the View Work Orders and Work Order Details screens, a truck icon displays on work orders with an active On My Way sent by the provider.
3. For users with access to multiple clients in fmPilot, the list of clients displayed in the Service Desk screen is sorted alphabetically by client name.
