In this version of the Verify app, we’ve made changes to the alternate installation flow to help you recover an offline router to an online state. To complete this flow, you’ll need router login credentials so the app can assess the error and provide recommended recovery steps.
Note: Using the Verify app, you cannot change the router’s default credentials. Please contact your administrator or use the web interface to update the default credentials.
