OR Reflections is a comprehensive tool for identifying growth areas in surgical trainees, and connecting them to resources they need to get better, provided by Thieme Publishing Group, the worldwide authority in online surgical education materials. Surgical trainee users use the app to submit cases to their instructors for evaluation. These evaluations are collected, and their respective data points are used to target the most appropriate resources to the trainee, based on where they struggle most.
