Usage:

Choose a Tasbeeh/Dhikr from the list..
Set your goal or desired number of repetitions.
Tap the count button on the screen to start counting your Tasbeeh.
As you complete each repetition, the count will increase automatically.
If needed, you can press the reset button to reset the counter back to zero.
