Description

Energy Transfer OrderUp is an app that allows for Energy Transfer customers to request Crude Oil and Condensate pickups and view booking history in real-time via mobile device. This app communicates with Energy Transfer’s dispatching system to place orders for locations that are currently under contract with Energy Transfer.

Getting Started:

• Contact your Energy Transfer Crude Marketing Representative to request a registration form
• Fill out registration form and send to your Marketer
• Upon approval, you’ll receive your login information from a Customer Service Representative
• Download Order Up in the iOS App Store to begin!

Features:

• Each user’s account is created to include the leases for Operating Company that Energy Transfer Crude Trucking is authorized to haul
• Schedule Full Load pickups (Single location, one tank)
• Schedule Split Tank pickups (Single location, two tanks)
• Request Split Lease pickups (Two locations, two tanks)
• Receive confirmation emails that details your order bookings
• View Customer Service Contact Information
• Review outstanding orders and hauled orders previously booked

Nouveautés (v2025.1.20)

1. Bug Fix
Issue: Load request creation fails when the lease name contains parentheses.
Reported by: Burk Royal Co
Example Lease Name: CONGER GATHERING SYSTEM (CENTRAL PLANT))
Impact: Users cannot successfully submit load requests for affected leases.
Resolution: Update parsing/validation logic so lease names containing parentheses— including nested or trailing parentheses—are handled correctly.

2. Minor Enhancements
a. Contact Us Section Update

Update the “Contact Us” page to reference “Crude & Water Customer Support” instead of “Crude Customer Support.”
“Crude New Load Requests” label remains unchanged since Water users should submit load bookings exclusively through the mobile app.

b. UI Text Adjustment
Update the “Helps to help” label displayed when clicking the top-left navigation icon to improve clarity and correctness.

c. Keyboard Behavior Improvement
Disable the auto‑hide keyboard feature on the property search screen.
Users reported the keyboard disappearing prematurely, creating frustration during data entry.

e. The “Associated Company” field on the My Account page does not display the operator name.
