Near real-time updates keep field technicians informed of their latest work assignments. Field technicians claim and complete work orders directly from a mobile phone. No costly integration with third-party systems or hardware is required.

Field Technicians can perform standard maintenance tasks, including:
- Installation and swap operations on meters, bases, registers, and nodes
- Onsite meter diagnostics, and
- Remote connect and disconnect operations.
