We’ve rebuilt the notifications experience and added several improvements to make managing your trips faster and easier.
NOTIFICATIONS — COMPLETELY REDESIGNED
New dedicated Notifications icon with clear date and time on every update
Filter by All, Unread, Trip Updates, Service Updates, and Schedule Updates
Each notification shows the update type, what changed, and the trip reference
Tap any notification to jump straight to the relevant trip
Unread count updates instantly as you read
Mark All as Read in a single tap
New push notifications for schedule changes — location, date, time, and added or removed schedule items
TRIP & SERVICE NOTES NOW REACH OPERATIONS
Notes added on the Create Trip screen flow directly to Operations in TMSe once the trip is submitted
Service-level notes (fuel, handling, catering, security, APIS) are now visible to Operations alongside each service
AUTO-UPDATE PROMPT
When a new version is available, you’ll see an Update Now prompt with a summary of what’s included
OTHER IMPROVEMENTS
Cancel Trip button is now hidden on Draft trips and only appears after submission
Your BDM is automatically emailed when a trip is submitted
Weather and NOTAMS pages now show a clear message when no data is available for an airport
