Nouveautés (v2.0.4)

Improvements
- The "Skipped for This Month" section when creating a plan is now titled "Already Paid This Month?" with clearer instructions that explain why debts are pre-checked and what unchecking them does

Bug Fixes
- Fixed a crash that would occur when two debts shared the same name
- Debts marked as paid were not cleared when resetting a plan, causing them to carry over into a newly created plan
