Receive maintenance messages to prevent annoying middle of the night alerts. Please note: Only available for use with OmniShield compatible alarms, sensors and devices.

We've added support for dentifying emergency contacts with invalid phone numbers. We've also added customer support options for initiating express replacements for Comm Links. We fixed a bug that may have caused an app crash when receiving a push notification along with other minor bug fixes and stability improvements.
