Technicians can take the mobile experience one step further. FSI Inbox is a mobile experience designed for work orders on the go. This Tech companion app is personalized and makes it easy to complete assigned work orders fast. Workflows to easily take action, like entering completion comments, procedure readings, or attachments are a breeze.

Nouveautés (v1.0.8)

• Scan & Find: Added barcode scanning to enable fast discovery of active Work Orders
associated with an Asset, reducing time spent searching.

• CMS Work Order Saved Search Integration: Added the ability to access and apply your
existing Saved Searches directly within Inbox, without having to recreate them from scratch!

• User Status & My Profile: Added a new User icon in the navigation bar to give you quick
access to personal account features, while keeping the Settings gear right where you expect
it. Added clear visibility into technician status and personal settings from a single, consistent
menu.

• My Hours: Added a “My Hours” menu option on the user status dropdown for simple access
to logged time, supporting transparency and reducing supervisor follow-ups.

• Sorting Options: Added ability to sort work orders by various fields so users can take control
of how your Work Orders are displayed with flexible sorting on the mobile list view!
