Our May release introduces Muay Thai Mechanics, a brand new skill category starting with four foundational lessons: Basic Kicks, Switch Kicks, Teeps, and Blocking Kicks. We’ve also added two new 10 minute Box Fit Mini workouts—Skill Acquisition and Cardio—built for fast, no equipment training you can do anywhere.
