HELP Command

HELP COMMAND is designed to work exclusively with the ESS H.E.L.P. (Hazard Enhanced Location Protocol) . DeliverSafe Nosebox application to provide control and management of H.E.L.P. DeliverSafe safety features for trailers and vehicles.

With HELP COMMAND, users can connect to their DeliverSafe Nosebox by scanning the 2D QR code located on the side of the device. Alternatively it is possible to directly connect to the DeliverSafe Nosebox through manual BT pairing in the app. The app allows users to activate, pause, and re-arm H.E.L.P. lighting alerts as needed. It also includes an automatic re-arm feature that reactivates H.E.L.P. when driving faster than 20 mph, ensuring it is ready when the trailer stops and the hazard lights are engaged.

The app provides real-time status updates, enabling users to check whether the Nosebox is armed, paused, or active. It also offers a remote activation feature, allowing users to turn on H.E.L.P. lighting to locate their trailer in conditions such as parking lots, road shoulders, or areas with limited visibility.

The app works with all Nosebox-equipped trailers, including RVs and commercial fleet vehicles. To get started, scan the QR code on your Nosebox and follow the instructions to set up and connect the app to your device.
