The CARE4DAIRY Project, funded by the European Commission, has developed good and best practice guidelines for the welfare of dairy calves, heifers, cows, and end-of-career animals. A key portal of the CARE4DAIRY Project is the CARE4DAIRY (C4D) App, a user-friendly tool for farmers, veterinarians, advisors, official inspectors and training providers operating in the dairy sector.
