Scrimbles

Scrimbles! is a game that starts out easy and then gradually challenges you to advance to higher levels of pattern recognition and word mastery. Definitions for most words are now included, allowing you to expand your vocabulary on the fly! You can challenge friends, rise toward the top of leaderboards, and collect achievement awards in Game Center. With the free download, climb the leaderboard and try to earn all 5 achievement awards. In the Pro15 game, available with an annual subscription, challenge yourself with scrimbles up to 15 letters, unlock all levels on the Achievement Ladder, climb 3 different leaderboards and try to earn all 20 achievement awards!

Now you can create Scrimbles challenges and compete with friends and family via Game Center, directly from Scrimbles. You can challenge others even if they haven't yet downloaded the game.

Scrimbles starts with two given letters that are required but do not need to be contiguous. To solve the scrimble, you must come up with a valid word that fits the pattern within your allotted solve time. The number of required letters increases by one with each new round.

The free download contains scrimbles from 3 to 8 letters in length and 3 levels of achievement. Good with words? An in-app annual subscription purchase will challenge you with scrimbles from 3 to 15 letters in length and will unlock all eleven levels of achievement. You'll start at Embryonic. Can you make it all the way to Genius? Not only will you find you improve as you play, but your spelling accuracy, vocabulary awareness and pattern recognition skills will expand as you become more proficient in solving Scrimbles!
