Pro is available as a one-time purchase. The price is shown in the app and is determined by your local App Store region. There is no subscription and no recurring charge. Purchase once and all Pro features are yours permanently.

To restore a previous purchase, tap Restore Purchases in the Settings screen. If you have any trouble restoring, ensure you are signed in to the same Apple ID used for the original purchase.
