The My Vesti app is ingeniously designed to create an open marketplace for all things events planning under one site. It is easy to use. On the event planning side simply go to My Vesti’s Welcome page and immediately begin clicking on the categories you are interested in such as Photography, DJs, Caterers, Hair and Makeup, and more. You will have an Icon button drop for filtering or typing in specific requirements and notes, such as date, radius, pricing, and special needs. Once you’ve made a selection you can then create your profile page registering your name, location, email/password, and payment information. Here you can track all activities in real time and add more services or vendors as needed. My Vesti also allows you to share your event information with guests including gift registries. On the Vendor side, simply create a storefront and a detailed profile of your services including packages, photos, hourly rate breakdown, availability, and more. At your storefront planners can communicate with you regarding their needs as well as inquire about customization projects. My Vesti offers real-time tracking and reviews creating full transparency and clear communication. There are no payment obligations until the time of booking and terms are agreed upon. Costs will be illustrated upfront and fully transparent for both parties.
