FG Wallet is not liable for any loss of access to funds, including cases where the user loses their seed phrase or private keys.

Self-Custody of Private Keys:
Users have full control over their private keys. FG Wallet does not store, access, or manage wallet data or keys.

Non-Custodial Operations:
FG Wallet is a fully non-custodial solution. All transactions are initiated, signed, and authorized directly by the user.

Gas Coverage Terms:
FG Wallet covers transaction gas costs using Energy from its staked TRX infrastructure. In return, users pay a fixed USDT transaction fee.

Prohibited Activities:
FG Wallet may not be used for money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other illegal activity.

Privacy Policy:

FG Wallet does not collect any personal data.
There is no registration. We do not collect names, emails, phone numbers, or any other personal identifiers.

All wallet data is stored locally on the user's device.
