Description

RideON PH, a modern and eco-friendly Electric Kick Scooter Rental Hub. Unlike traditional rental, our solution will feature designated parking hubs equipped with docking stations that also serve as charging points for both scooters and e-bikes. Users will simply download the RideON PH mobile application, scan the QR code of the vehicle at the terminal, and start their ride. The app will automatically track the vehicle’s movement, ensuring safety and proper usage.

Smart Trip Validation: The app now automatically detects vehicle errors at startup. If a scooter encounters an issue right as you start, your session will automatically cancel, and your wallet credits will be rolled back instantly. No stress, no manual reporting needed!

Enhanced End-Ride Troubleshooting: We’ve upgraded the end-ride screen with intuitive new options! If your scooter is running slow or completely unresponsive, you can now troubleshoot directly from the app to resolve connection issues or trigger an emergency stop instantly.
