Subscription automatically renews unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Payment is charged to your Apple ID account. Manage or cancel in Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions.

You stay in charge: what blocks, when quiet time runs, whether the widget is on your Lock Screen, and whether web filtering is on. Bible Lock is a tool for discipline, not surveillance.
