Liberta Wallet

Liberta Wallet is an electronic wallet offered by Liberta Voyages, a Category A licensed travel agency located in Tunis, which allows users to deposit funds for the purchase of products and services at Liberta Voyages, receive contributions from family and friends, and manage their balance with ease, transparency, and security. Its use implies full acceptance of these general terms and conditions, as well as the privacy rules and FAQs available via the dedicated links. Opening an account is reserved for adults with full legal capacity, with only one account authorized per user, and the confidentiality of login details is the user's responsibility. The account can be funded through personal payments via the proposed payment methods, such as bank transfers, credit cards, cash deposits at the agency, or future proposed methods, as well as through third-party donations upon acceptance, with the amounts immediately available subject to validation via the application. Funds available on Liberta Wallet can only be used for purchases from Liberta Voyages. Donations are allocated to the initially chosen destination unless explicitly agreed to by the contributor. Personal contributions can be withdrawn at any time free of charge via the app, subject to identification and compliance, and within a maximum of 72 business hours.
The cardholder can invite friends and family to contribute via a secure link, while maintaining full control over access and funds, with invitees having no right to withdraw without authorization.
No fees are applied for deposits, management, or withdrawals of personal funds, while fees may apply for optional services with prior notification.
The user agrees to use the Wallet in compliance with applicable laws, keeping their login details confidential, and must immediately report any unauthorized use. Liberta Voyages reserves the right to suspend or close an account in the event of fraud or misuse, and the user may request the closure of their account and the withdrawal of their personal funds at any time. These conditions are subject to change, with prior notice to the user, who may either accept them or close their account. They are governed by Tunisian law and any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the headquarters of Liberta Voyages
