* Listen to music while you walk: connect Apple Music and enjoy your favorite tracks during sessions (requires an active Apple Music subscription)
* Lock the screen: avoid accidental touches and fully immerse yourself in the session
* Choose your walk intention: before starting, select one of the four focus modes
* Adjust sound and volume: choose background sounds for better concentration
* Track steps, distance, and calories during your walks
* Track your progress: see how many minutes you’ve walked and how many sessions you’ve completed
* Mark your mood: after each walk, choose an emoji that reflects how you feel
* Earn mindfulness points: 1 minute = 1 point for extra motivation
* Get haptic and sound feedback when you reach your daily goal
* Set reminders: receive gentle notifications so you never miss your daily walks
