Added a dedicated followers list screen.
The Followers count on creator profiles now opens the real followers list.
The Videos count on creator profiles now scrolls directly to the videos section.
Added pull-to-refresh on public creator profile pages.
Fixed follower count inconsistencies after follow/unfollow actions.

older posts with incomplete creator identifiers
Creator avatar and name are now tappable wherever users expect profile access.
The Home tab in the bottom bar now:
scrolls back to the top when you are lower in the feed
reloads the feed when you are already at the top
