Turn it on for habits that matter. Miss 2 scheduled days in a row, and the habit is gone. It sounds harsh, but it works. When deletion is on the line, you show up.

Science shows it takes about 14 consecutive days to form a habit. Rabbit tracks your progress toward this milestone with a visual progress ring. Watch it fill up as you build lasting routines.
