Description

HudsonWay is an offline-first guide to New York's Hudson Valley. It brings farms, farmers markets, trails, parks, restaurants, breweries, historic sites, events, safety resources, and everyday essentials into one fast map and search experience.

The app covers 11 counties from Rockland to Albany and keeps key data on your device, so you can keep exploring when signal is weak or gone. Search runs locally, maps load from bundled data, and nearby results appear quickly without waiting on a connection. A cell coverage overlay also helps you spot low-service areas before you head deeper into the region.

Use Nearby mode to see what matters around you right now. Jump into Open Now, This Weekend, restrooms, favorites near you, and other quick actions. Filter for easy trails, SNAP-friendly stops, wheelchair-friendly places, and practical road-trip essentials. HudsonWay can help you find a quick food stop, a market that is still open, a trail for the afternoon, or a safer option when service is unreliable.

Seasonal discovery surfaces timely ideas tied to the current map area, including what is in season now, fairs this month, weekend outdoor ideas, and lower-cell-risk hikes. Dedicated safety tools keep emergency locations, safety articles, important contacts, and quick-reference information available offline.

Save favorite places, organize them into custom lists, and check which saved spots are near your current location. You can also browse parking, groceries, EV charging, and other useful points of interest alongside the region's main attractions.

HudsonWay is built for locals, day trips, and weekends away in the Hudson Valley. No account is required, and the core experience is designed to stay useful even when coverage is not.

Nouveautés (v2.1)

Version 2 makes HudsonWay faster to use when you are already on the road. New one-tap nearby shortcuts help you jump straight into Open Now, This Weekend, restrooms, discovery, safety resources, and Favorites Near Me.

Saved places are more useful too, with favorites, custom lists, and a nearby saved view that helps you see which spots are close to you. Nearby browsing and sheet transitions have also been refined, and place details are easier to open directly from the map.
