Description
AerioTV is a native IPTV streaming application for iOS, iPadOS, tvOS, and macOS (using the iPad app). It connects to your own server via Dispatcharr API, Xtream Codes, and/or M3U playlists to deliver live TV, movies, and series with a full electronic program guide (supplied by user).
Features:
Live TV
Stream live channels with MPV-powered playback. Browse channels in a scrollable list or a full EPG guide view (iPadOS, tvOS, and macOS) with program titles, descriptions, and time slots. Minimize playback to a picture-in-picture style mini player while browsing other content.
Electronic Program Guide
tvOS supports grid and list views while iOS supports list view for viewing channels and programs. Program data is cached locally and configurable from 6 hours to the full available window.
Movies and Series
Browse and filter on-demand content by category. Categories are pulled from the server's VOD library and can be toggled on or off through the filter menu.
iCloud Sync
Server configurations and preferences sync across devices using iCloud Key-Value Storage. Set up once on one Apple device and your subsequent Apple devices will pick up the same servers automatically if you select to import during the onboarding process.
Apple TV Optimized
Full support for the Siri Remote with directional navigation, focus management, and context menus. The guide view extends edge to edge and text is sized for the living room viewing distance.

Dispatcharr Direct Connect: sign in with your admin username and password instead of pasting a 32-character API key. Especially helpful on Apple TV.

iPad: pinch out to shrink the playing channel to a miniplayer.
iPhone and iPad: swipe up or down on the player to change channels.
Sync Categories sub-page in Settings lets you opt out of syncing specific data types, with a per-category Delete from iCloud option.

In-progress server-side recordings show a Watch Live pill.

Fixed occasional black-frame flashes during UHD HEVC HDR live playback. Smoother UHD HEVC startup.
Multiview reliability: no more Decoder Unavailable red card, no more silent audio when switching focus, tiles resume cleanly after app switches.
Apple TV channel info banner no longer occasionally sticks visible after a stream starts.
Adding a second Dispatcharr Direct Connect server with iCloud sync on now reliably saves credentials across devices.
Live TV audio stops cleanly when you start a movie, episode, or recording.
Channel logos load on Dispatcharr playlists. Plain HTTP URLs connect reliably. Server-side recordings play back consistently. VOD appears on servers that don't tag items with a category. EPG uses the official REST API for accurate channel matching.
Deleting a server now also removes its watch progress and server-side recording rows (local recordings preserved).
Significantly faster app launch. Initial sync no longer freezes large Dispatcharr libraries.
