Designed for whistleblowers and enforcement agents alike, the app streamlines the entire process from reporting an offender to requesting enforcement action and managing financial transactions — all from the palm of your hand.

Report Environmental Infractions Create detailed tickets with offender information, Google Places-powered location tagging, and multimedia evidence including photos captured directly from the in-app camera and up to 3 video recordings per ticket.

Real-Time Dashboard Get an at-a-glance overview of your activity — total tickets created, transactions performed, and wallet balances displayed in a horizontally scrollable view for users with multiple wallets.

Ticket Management Browse, search, and track all your submitted tickets with paginated lists, pull-to-refresh, and detailed ticket views showing offender details, reporter information, evidence media, status badges, and enforcement history.

Enforcement Requests Request enforcement action on tickets by selecting from a list of security agencies and branches. Track enforcement request statuses — Pending, Accepted, Dispatched, Completed, or Rejected — with the ability to update statuses directly from the app.

Wallet & Transactions View your wallet balances, browse your full transaction history, and access detailed transaction records including amounts, references, and balance changes.

Secure Withdrawals Withdraw funds to your verified bank account. Set up withdrawal details with real-time bank account resolution, and secure every transaction with a 4-digit PIN verified before processing.

Role-Based Access Control The app dynamically adapts to each user's permissions. Features like ticket creation, enforcement requests, and the requests tab are shown or hidden based on your assigned roles and permissions.

Security First Credentials are stored securely using device-level encryption. Set and manage your transaction PIN for an extra layer of protection on sensitive operations.

Account Management Complete account lifecycle support — register, login with Remember Me, forgot password with email-based OTP verification, and password reset. Manage your profile, update withdrawal details, and change your transaction PIN from the settings screen.
