Description
You know the podcast. Now meet the community behind it — right here in your pocket.
If you're a mom or female caregiver watching your child struggle with substances and mental health, you already know this isn't something you can Google your way out of. You need people who've been there and get it. Tools that actually work. And a place where you can fall apart and find your footing again, without judgment or shame.
Hopestream Community was created for you.
We're a 501(c)(3) nonprofit, the only organization of our kind dedicated solely to moms and families navigating a child's substance use and mental health crisis.
Here, you're surrounded by moms who've been in the trenches, and professionals who know how to help you navigate them. We combine the warmth of peer support with evidence-based approaches like the Invitation to Change (ITC) Approach and CRAFT, proven tools that help you communicate better, set and hold boundaries, and protect yourself while loving your child through one of the hardest things a parent can face.
