This app helps you do all these steps in one place (your iPhone or iPad), leaving you with just one last task of signing and submitting your claim to TRICARE.

How to use the app:
1. Follow the numbered steps to enter your DD Form 2642 information regarding the care you received overseas (conditional fields will appear as needed based on your responses)

4. Tap "Create claim PDF" so the app performs additional validation, populates the official form, converts and compresses uploaded photos appropriately, and orders and compiles everything into one properly formatted claim document
5. Review every page in the built-in PDF viewer, make corrections as needed, and then sign and submit the claim through official TRICARE channels (outside of the app).
