Built for children ages 3–6, ReadStar listens as your child reads aloud using your device’s built‑in speech recognition. No internet connection is needed for learning; audio is processed on‑device to protect your child’s privacy .

How it works
• Your child sees a word on a flashcard.
• They tap the mic and read it. ReadStar listens and awards a star for correct pronunciation. If it’s off, the card gently shakes and the word is repeated with phonics hints.
• After mastering a set of words, your child unlocks a personalised storybook filled with the words they’ve learned. They can read along with word‑by‑word highlighting and celebrate their progress.
