Dialing YOU is an independent companion app compatible with the Sanremo YOU espresso machine. It connects over your local Wi-Fi network and gives you live extraction data: pressure, temperature, flow rate, and volume, right in your hand.

Dialing YOU is not affiliated with or endorsed by the machine manufacturer. Compatibility is with the Sanremo YOU espresso machine model only.

Real-Time Extraction Chart
Watch your extraction unfold on a live chart that plots pressure, flow rate, and volume against time, frame by frame. When using a Custom Profile set-up on the machine, spot extraction phases from pre-infusion, blooming to post-infusion ramp down.

Brew-by-Weight: Automated Yield Control
Pair Dialing YOU with a compatible Bluetooth scale (Acaia or Bookoo supported at the moment) and let the app stop your shot automatically, every time. The Brew-by-Weight engine predicts how much liquid will keep flowing after the pump stops, accounting for network latency, valve delay, and residual drip and sends the stop command at exactly the right moment. It learns from every shot, so accuracy improves the more you use it.

Remotely control your machine
Power your machine out of standby or off, monitor and set boiler temperature and steam wand pressure, check your water tank level, and manage your scale connection: all from a single, glanceable dashboard.

Full Brew History
Every extraction is saved automatically. Review your shot archives complete with peak pressure, average temperature, final weight, yield volume, and a replay of the full time-series chart. See how your espresso has changed as you adjust your grind, dose, or profile.

Machine Calibration Wizard
Run the built-in calibration wizard once to teach the app your exact hardware lag: the combined delay of your network and your machine's solenoid valve. Two calibration passes are all it takes. The result is a personalised stop-time correction that keeps your yield on target regardless of how your machine is set up.

Requirements: A YOU espresso machine connected to your local Wi-Fi network. A compatible Bluetooth smart scale is required for Brew-by-Weight features.
