MindHub is a mental wellness self-screening platform designed to help you understand how you’re feeling, build coping skills, and connect with the right professional support — all in one private, compassionate space.

Sage is a warm, non-judgmental AI companion available anytime you need to process how you’re feeling. Sage uses reflective listening and CBT-informed responses to help you feel heard — and is always clear that it’s a supportive tool, not a replacement for professional care.

CBT PLAN GENERATOR
Choose from five personalized 4-week CBT programs: Depression, Anxiety, Disordered Eating Recovery, ADHD, and OCD. Each week includes a focus, evidence-based tools, and a checklist you can work through at your own pace.

CBT TOOLKIT
Six ready-to-use tools for difficult moments: Thought Records, Behavioral Activation, Worry Time, Urge Surfing, the Self-Compassion Break, and 5-4-3-2-1 Grounding — each with a prompt and a writing space.

DAILY CHECK-IN TRACKER
A 7-question daily check-in covering mood, sleep, energy, anxiety, self-care, and connection. Your responses are saved and displayed as a mood history so you can spot patterns over time.
