HOW IT WORKS
Tap Shield Up. Choose which alternatives count toward your unlock — reading, journaling, walking, or mindful scrolling. Watch the unlock meter fill as you do the thing. When your session ends, you've built something instead of burning it.
Three shield types:

• Daily Limit — triggers when you hit a set usage threshold
YOUR FOCUS SCORE (0–100)
Every day earns a Focus Score built from four components: how well you stayed protected, how many sessions you completed naturally, how often you resisted early exits, and how much you moved. A daily streak tracks consistency.

READ — 40 classic books across 7 genres: Stoicism, Eastern Wisdom, Self-Mastery, Poetry, Nature & Presence, Classic Fiction, and Practical Non-Fiction. Marcus Aurelius, Jane Austen, Rumi, Viktor Frankl — sourced from Project Gutenberg and loaded on-device.
WRITE — A distraction-free journal with rotating prompts and a personal pledge. Your words are stored only on your device.
MOVE — Steps counted live by your iPhone's motion sensor during every session. No extra permissions required. Just walk.
SCROLL — Brio's curated content library. Calm and focused — the opposite of the feeds that put you here.

PRIVACY
Screen Time data is processed entirely on your device by Apple's framework — never transmitted to us or any server. Journal entries and pledges are stored locally only. Analytics use a randomly generated anonymous ID; no name, email, or personal data is ever collected.
