PSALMS OF THE DAY

Follow the "Psalms of the Day" system — a beautifully simple plan that cycles through all 150 psalms every month. Each day, five psalms are assigned based on the day of the month. You start with whichever psalm speaks to you and pray until your time is up.

Day 1: Psalms 1, 31, 61, 91, 121
Day 2: Psalms 2, 32, 62, 92, 122
...and so on through the month. On Day 31, you get Psalm 31, 61, 91, 121, and 151 (which wraps back to Psalm 1).

By the end of most months, you'll have prayed through every psalm at least once.
