"Twenty-minute conditioning, go" — builds and starts it.
"Build me a 30-minute lift" — sizes the exercise list to your time budget (compound lifts first).
"I have a game tomorrow, light lift and cardio" — Claude understands the intent.
"Cardio plus ball handling plus weight lifting" — opens the weekly plan builder with all three focuses ready.
