iPhonotype

iPhonotype is a mobile plant phenotyping app for researchers, labs, and controlled-environment workflows. Capture structured plant datasets directly on iPhone and organize them into experiments that are ready for downstream analysis.

Use the iPhonotype iOS app to record 3D plant scans, and the free MacOS app to reconstruct and visualize 3D models of your plants, perform root imaging datasets, environmental light measurements, leaf reflectance readings, and top-view phenotyping sessions from a single mobile workflow, as well as export them to 3D-print-ready multi-color models.
