Nouveautés (v1.5)
A big update for the Homeowner app:
• Guided home setup now wraps the garage and yard under a single "Other" floor. Add a yard during setup and we'll suggest seasonal tasks like gutter cleaning, sprinkler winterization, mower service, fertilizing, and leaf cleanup.
• When you quick-add an appliance, we show its suggested maintenance reminders as a checklist so you can pick which to track before they're created.
• New "Your Home" section under Settings → Your Realtor with your address, year built, square footage, lot size, type, purchase date, and a Home Age callout.
• Home Equity Estimator (Pro) refreshed with a Mortgage type picker, three tabs — Equity summary / What if / Amortization — and a numpad start-date field. The "What if" tab now assumes you've paid the minimum until today and applies your extra payments forward.
• Appliances list rebuilt: filter by All / Floor / Room / Type and the default view groups by floor → room. Each appliance icon is picked from its name (Refrigerator, Gas Range, Garage Door, etc.) so the list looks consistent at a glance.
• Adding an appliance now requires only the appliance name and the room — manufacturer, model, and serial number are optional.
• Floor names are unified to "Main Floor" (an automatic one-time migration renames "Ground Floor" / "First Floor" rooms).
• Secure Messaging in the Homeowner app is locked to Realtor and Vendor threads only.
• Pro-locked features in App Management keep their feature icon visible alongside the lock + PRO badge.
• Fix: the Continue button on the "Welcome Home" name screen now reliably responds to tap (called out by App Review).
• Fix: the "Add a Property" tile on first launch now renders its house icon correctly on iOS 26.
• Settings cleanup: removed "Defaults" and "Maintenance Quick Setup".
