Munara: Islamic Prayer Times

par Abdylas Tynyshov

v1.7.0 45 Mo Universel 4+

Description

Munara is a calm daily companion for Muslims around the world.

Prayer times can vary by country, city, mosque, and the calculation method your community follows. Munara gives you the essentials in one simple place, with the flexibility to choose the method, Asr calculation, high-latitude rule, and manual offsets that match where you live or the timetable you follow.

See today's prayer times, find the Qibla direction, follow the Hijri date, and set reminders for each prayer. Whether you are at home, travelling, studying, or checking prayer times for another city, Munara is designed to stay clear, focused, and easy to read throughout the day.

Prefer to go hands-free? Ask Siri for your prayer times, the next or current prayer, the Hijri date, or the Qibla, play the full athan, or add a Lock Screen button — all without opening the app.

Features include:

- Accurate daily prayer times based on your location or selected city
- Qibla direction with compass guidance
- Prayer reminders with optional athan sound, plus optional Sunrise and Tahajjud reminders
- Hijri date display with manual adjustment
- Calculation methods used by Muslim communities around the world
- Asr calculation options based on the method you follow
- High-latitude options for places where prayer times need special handling
- Manual time offsets to match your local mosque's timetable
- Siri Shortcuts and Spotlight — ask for prayer times, the next or current prayer, the Hijri date, or the Qibla, and play the full athan, all hands-free

Munara keeps the experience quiet and practical: no clutter, no complicated setup, just the prayer information you need, when you need it.

Nouveautés (v1.7.0)

Friday Reminders
Seven optional Jumu'ah preparation nudges:
- Prepare for Jumu'ah,
- Silence Phone,
- Leave Early,
- Surah Al-Kahf,
- Send Salawat,
- Du'a in the last hour,
- Personal Grooming on Thursday evening.
All off by default; pick what helps you in Settings → Notifications → Friday Reminders.

Reminders are anchored to your Friday Dhuhr in your local source timezone.

Travel Mode pauses the three Jumu'ah-attendance reminders (Prepare, Silence, Leave) since travellers aren't obliged to attend Jumu'ah — the Sunnah reminders (Al-Kahf, Salawat, Du'a, Grooming) keep firing.
