AireTrac Tech is the field companion for HVAC, plumbing, and home-services technicians dispatched through AireTrac. Open the app at the start of your shift and you've got today's optimized route, every assigned job, and one-tap navigation to the next stop — no more switching between texts, paper work orders, and a separate maps app.

Built for the truck, not the office. Tap a job to see customer notes, the service address, and the equipment you're working on. Update status as the day moves — On the way, In progress, Completed — and dispatch sees it instantly. When the job is done, capture parts used, write up the work, snap before/after photos, collect a signature, and email or text the invoice before you pull out of the driveway.

WORKS WITH AIRETRAC
AireTrac Tech is the technician half of the AireTrac platform. Your shop's dispatcher uses the AireTrac web dashboard to assign and route jobs; customers use the free AireTrac app to track their visit. Everything you do in this app — status changes, photos, invoices, parts — lands in your shop's records in real time.

REQUIREMENTS
• An invitation from an AireTrac shop. Your dispatcher creates your technician account; you sign in with the company handle and sign-in code they provided.
• iOS 17 or later. iPhone recommended.
• Location permission for routing and dispatch ETA. Notifications recommended for new-job alerts.

PRIVACY
Your location is shared with your dispatcher only when you're clocked in / on-call, and you can switch sharing off at any time from Profile. We don't sell your data and we don't show ads. See our privacy policy at airetrac.com/privacy.
