Jebediah's Flight Bag

Jebediah is a supplemental electronic flight bag (EFB) for general-aviation pilots. It is provided for situational
awareness only and must not be used as a primary navigation source or as the sole means of compliance with any FAA,
EASA, or Transport Canada requirement.

PILOT IN COMMAND RESPONSIBILITY
The pilot in command remains responsible for cross-checking every value against certified equipment and current
published charts before acting on it. Data may be incomplete, stale, mis-decoded, or wrong.

The following are NOT a substitute for a current sectional, plate, AFM/POH, or operative onboard navigation system:
• Airspace overlays — approximate, not all classes covered.
• Approach plates — pulled from the public DTPP archive, may be out of date.
• Weather (METAR, TAF, winds aloft) — source-of-record is your local FSS / FIC briefing.
• Performance, weight & balance, fuel-reserve, runway-selection calculators.
• Glide ring, terrain warning.

Jebediah is offered AS IS, WITHOUT WARRANTY of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developers and
Orchestr Inc. disclaim all liability for any damages arising from use or inability to use this software, including but
not limited to navigational errors, missed approaches, fuel exhaustion, controlled flight into terrain, or regulatory
action.

By installing and using Jebediah you confirm that you (a) hold a current pilot certificate or are operating with one
onboard, (b) have read and understood these terms, and (c) accept full responsibility for safe operation of the
aircraft regardless of any data Jebediah displays or fails to display.

Nothing leaves your device automatically. Flight plans, logbook entries, and settings stay in local app storage. We do
