Description
Hoopline turns the corner of the gym into a broadcast booth.
Mount your iPhone, tap Record, score the game. Hoopline films and scores at the same time — no editing app, no laptop, no second take. When the buzzer hits, you've already got a broadcast video with the scoreboard burned in and a highlight reel of the scoring plays ready to share.
How it works:
1. Tap Record & score in the Library tab. The camera opens.
2. During the game: big home/away buttons, period clock, undo, end period. Tag the player who scored to credit who made each play.
3. Tap Stop when the buzzer hits. The video is saved and synced to your scoreboard automatically — no manual sync step.
4. Tap Publish to share a web report with family. Tap Export to drop a broadcast-styled video into Photos.
Got a second phone (or a GoPro, or an old iPad)? You can also film with one and score with the other for broadcast-quality wide-angle footage — Hoopline syncs the score timeline against the video after the game with one tap.
What you get, free:
- Score + film on one phone, broadcast scoreboard burned in
- Two-phone workflow with one-tap sync
- Whole-game highlight reel
- Full-game export to Photos
- Live broadcast — hand family one link to follow the score and play-by-play in real time
- Web reports with an AI-written game recap — add your game's YouTube link and every play becomes tap-to-watch (public link for family + friends; 30-day expiry)
- Roster + team management
Hoopline Pro (coming soon):
- Per-player highlight reels for recruiting tape
- Web reports that never expire
Hoopline stays on your phone — no accounts, no analytics SDK, no ad tracking. The only thing that leaves your device is the public web report you choose to publish, and you can unpublish anytime.
Hoopline is independent, made by one parent for the parents in the bleachers. Not affiliated with the NBA, FIBA, or any league.
Nouveautés (v1.1.0)
- Broadcast your game live — flip on Broadcast live and share a link so family can follow the score and play-by-play in real time, from anywhere. Free for everyone.
- Pause and resume recording mid-game — segments stitch into one video, and a phone call auto-pauses instead of ending the game.
- Published game reports now include an AI-written recap.
- Set your own zoom levels for in-game framing (Settings → Recording).
- Cleaner post-game screen and sharper play-by-play on web reports.
