Plants In My Garden is a private, offline-first plant journal for gardeners, botanists, and nature enthusiasts.

RECORD EVERY DISCOVERY
Capture photos with your camera or import from your library. Each record stores the plant's name, discovery date, GPS coordinates, and your personal notes. Multiple photos per record let you document flowers, leaves, fruits, and the whole plant.

IDENTIFY PLANTS WITH APPLE
Long-press any plant photo to trigger Apple's built-in Visual Look Up. Once identified, fill in the species name with a single tap.

MAP YOUR OBSERVATIONS
The map view plots every record on an interactive map. Zoom in to any discovery site, or tap a pin to jump straight to the record details.

EXPORT AND BACK UP YOUR DATA
Export your entire collection as a JSON archive (with full-resolution photos) for complete backup and restore. Export as CSV to open your records in Excel or Numbers for analysis. Your data is always yours — take it anywhere.

RECYCLE BIN
Accidentally deleted a record? It goes to the Recycle Bin first, where you can restore it or permanently remove it when you're ready.

CARE REMINDERS
Set care reminders for any plant. Get notified when it's time to water, fertilize, prune, or tend to any custom task.

PHENOLOGY LOG
Track seasonal events — first bloom, fruiting, leaf drop — for each plant over time.

COMPLETELY PRIVATE
Everything is stored on your device. No account, no cloud sync, no tracking. Your plant observations belong only to you.
