Pups & Studs does not sell animals or process puppy or stud-service transactions. The app connects users with listing owners and community members. Users are responsible for verifying breeder legitimacy, records, contracts, transportation, laws, and payments related to any off-platform agreement.

Subscriptions & In-App Purchases:
Pups & Studs offers an auto-renewable membership with monthly and yearly options. Membership unlocks unlimited listings, pedigree designer access, dog show promotion tools, messaging, and member features. Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase. Subscription renews automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in your Apple Account subscription settings.
