• Ten-bot persona ladder across chess and poker. Sgt Sam, Marlowe, Pip, Dell, Ruiz, Vega, Knox, Saito, Cohen, The Cartographer — randomly drawn at the start of each bot game.
• Chess bots now move through Stockfish. Sgt Sam blunders honestly at skill 2; The Cartographer plays at skill 18.
• Push notifications for your turn — the pipeline ships in this build.
• Solo War with tap-to-advance pacing and a WAR beat on ties.
• Nudge from chat — a button to poke the opponent's notifications, rate-limited so the bell doesn't get spammed.
Mobile
• Powder steering moved to a dedicated strip below the canvas — your thumb no longer covers the terrain.
• Stack & Trap on-screen D-pad.
• Hex Drift sizes itself to the viewport.
• Gem Cascade selection is unmistakable now, with the adjacent swap targets outlined.
• Cabinet section scrolls horizontally on phones instead of stacking into a tower.
