OSReferee

OSReferee is a tabletop campaign companion for old-school fantasy RPG referees who need fast access to prep, procedures, and table-facing tools during play.

Build and manage campaign regions with connected hexes, settlements, factions, religions, characters, treasures, and notes. Open a settlement to review its atmosphere, ruler, population, locations, rumours, services, day encounters, and night encounters without digging through scattered documents.

Run encounters from the same workspace. Track combatants, resolve combat procedures, roll dice in context, and keep useful referee prompts close while the session is moving. OSReferee is built to reduce table friction, not replace your judgment.

Use the included OSE SRD material for quick lookups during play. Browse monsters, rules entries, equipment, spells, and other referee-facing references in a format designed for mobile reading.

Importing Player Characters: Players with OSCharacter can export their characters in .xml format and share that file with their referee for import in the Player Character menu on the Region screen.
