This enhancement improves the B2C customer journey for transactions to both Safaricom and Airtel. It enables validation of the recipient’s mobile phone number by sending a request to the respective MNO, which returns the registered name of the recipient.
• Branch Paperless
The Initiative is intended to implement a paperless branch experience where customers can initiate transactions from NCBA Now app.
Digital account opening fixes.

This initiative intends to digitize unsecured Business loans offered in line with existing product program.
