Description

Learn how to perform self-acupressure for treating chronic low back pain. This easy-to-learn technique is based on research conducted at the University of Michigan sponsored by the National Institutes of Health. This research showed that doing this acupressure routine once daily for six to eight weeks reduced low back pain by 35% on average. This self-acupressure technique was also helpful for improving fatigue.
