About the Method
Got it Life is created by Armen Arustamov (Lomonosov Moscow State University) and is based on structured self-reflection and internal dialogue practices.
The approach draws inspiration from established ideas in psychology, learning science, and human development, including work by Lev Vygotsky, Jean Piaget, and Mikhail Bakhtin.
These concepts are used to support personal insight, reflection, and decision-making in everyday situations.
