A big one. Here's what's new:
Favorites — Save your go-to meals and log them in seconds. Bookmark any meal from your diary, or add favorites directly. Access them from the Food Diary or when adding a new meal.
Notes — Add a quick note to any meal entry. Post workout, cheat meal, late night snack; whatever context you want to remember.
Water Units — Prefer liters? You can now switch between oz and L in your macro goals settings. Everything converts automatically.
Advanced Macros — You can now track fiber, sugar, sodium, cholesterol, and saturated fat. Toggle them on in your macro goals settings and log them from the add entry form.
Settings Redesign — Settings are now organized into dedicated pages, making everything easier to find. Also includes a new About page and a direct line to our support inbox.
