Salonna helps clients, employees, and salon owners manage appointments faster, easier, and more professionally.
Clients can discover salons, browse services, check available dates and times, and book appointments in just a few taps. They can also manage upcoming appointments, cancel bookings when needed, add appointments to their phone calendar, and receive helpful reminders before their visit.
Salonna supports two app experiences: Client Mode and Employee Mode.
Client Mode is designed for customers who want a simple way to find salons, view services, check availability, and book appointments without calls or waiting.
Employee Mode is designed for approved salon staff. Users with employee access can switch between Client Mode and Employee Mode directly from the Settings screen. When employee permissions are activated, staff members get access to a dedicated work experience built for managing their day from the app.
In Employee Mode, Salonna brings the most important daily information into one clear screen: the next appointment, today’s appointments, completed appointments, remaining appointments, and quick access to client and booking details. Employees can call clients with one tap, view upcoming schedule days, open appointment details from booked time slots, create manual bookings, and cancel booked appointments when needed.
For businesses using the Salonna management system, the app helps organize appointments, services, staff schedules, availability, salon details, and multiple branches under one account.
