CounterTEN Scan gives businesses a fast, secure way to verify the authenticity and ownership of counterTEN tickets, loyalty cards, membership credentials, and digital identity cards.
To use this app, you’ll need an active business account with counterTEN, including a completed financial setup on our platform. If you haven’t signed up yet, get started at https://app.counterten.com/signup.

When you launch the app, you’ll be prompted to log in, name your scanning location (e.g., Gate 12, Stadium Entrance, Concession Stand), and enter your name. The app automatically captures geo-location, timestamp, and scanned pass data-giving you real-time insights into attendance, access, and on-site activity.
